Have
you ever been pulled over by an Town of Highland
Park police officer or come back to your vehicle and got
a Town of Highland Park parking citation for an expired

1. Citation From Police or Parking Officer.
You have to pay the fee within specified time frame
(usually 30 days) or contest it by going in person
to local clerk of court location (with a copy of
your registration) or mailing it in. Even after
showing proof that you have registration, citation
will be voided but most clerk offices will still
charge a cancellation charge to void the citation.
Result = Waste of your
time and money.
2. File a Police Report In order to get a replacement decal and not pay
full price, a police report is required. You will
have to go report the crime and file a police report
in the city that decal was stolen.
Result = Waste of your time and money.
3. Get a Replacement Decal In order to get a replacement decal you can
either take or mail in the police report to the
particular DMV office, fill out forms, present your
driver's license and registration. After doing all
of this, you will get a replacement decal for a
replacement fee. Some DMV locations are unable to
print replacement decal on the spot and it will be
mailed to use. Meanwhile you are driving around with
an expired license plate. Result = Waste of your time
and money.
After doing all these steps and replacing stolen
decal, your decal is still vulnerable of being
stolen again in the future.

Go to license plate

Step 2:
Using TagCut™
cutter or any utility knife will work, place
in provided slots from left to right
while pressing firmly and making impressions
on the tag decal.
Step 3:
Flip TagCut™
template over, place cutter in provided
slots from top
to bottom while pressing firmly and making
impressions on the tag decal.
* NOTE: When using
cutter, please make sure to always cut in
the opposite direction of the hand holding
the template.

Tag Cut™
is a product that is invented
and produced by
All City Permits.
The company is based in South Florida and is a fast growing permit
expediting and licensing firm. We have now
expanded across the USA and service
all cities/counties that have an online permitting system.
We
travel a lot going to many building departments each day helping
people with their permits and licensing. On several occasions we
have received parking citations for an expired license plate decal
even though it was valid (decal was stolen).
We
decided to solve this problem because we were frustrated with the
process and lack of any solution by government agencies or products
on the market.

is the result of our experience of knowing how the system works and
the frustrations that we all face.
